What does it cost?
When you have completed your questionnaire, at the checkout you will have two options to select from:
The single profile / 30 day access option allows you to get your MyVitality Profile today and also gain access to the members area for a period of 30 days. There are no monthly fees with this option. You can choose to upgrade and become a member of the MyVitality Members Programme at the end of the 30 day period if you wish.
The MyVitality Members Programme provides you with unlimited MyVitality Profiles and access to the members area for the duration of your membership. There is a minimum membership period of three months but after this you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You will not be asked to make your choice until you reach the checkout. Payment for both options can be made with a debit or credit card via our secure checkout.
